Use SnapHQ’s free tools for personal and commercial purposes. Don’t use them to create harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. Everything you generate belongs to you. SnapHQ is provided free of charge — use it at your own risk and don’t hold us liable for how you use the output.
By accessing or using snaphq.net (the “Website”) or any tool provided on it (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use SnapHQ.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses SnapHQ. By using the Service you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
SnapHQ provides a growing suite of free browser-based tools for freelancers and small businesses, including an Invoice Generator, QR Code Generator, and other utilities added over time.
All tools are provided free of charge with no account or registration required. All processing happens locally in your browser — SnapHQ does not receive, store, or access the content you create.
We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the Service at any time without notice.

- Download and share your generated files
- Use outputs on packaging, business cards, websites
- Use SnapHQ as a freelancer or business
- Use multiple times with no account needed
✕ You Cannot
- Scrape or crawl SnapHQ automatically
- Reverse engineer or copy our tools
- Use outputs to harm, defraud, or deceive
- Generate illegal or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Claim SnapHQ tools as your own product
Important: Using SnapHQ to create content that is harmful, illegal, or deceptive is strictly prohibited and may result in being blocked from the Service.
You agree not to use SnapHQ to:
- Create malicious content — invoices, QR codes, or documents linking to malware, phishing sites, or harmful material
- Commit fraud — generating fake invoices, forged documents, or deceptive QR codes intended to mislead
- Produce illegal content — anything that violates copyright, contains prohibited material, or facilitates illegal activity
- Scrape or automate — extracting data or generating content at scale without written permission
- Attack the Service — attempting to compromise, hack, or disrupt SnapHQ’s infrastructure
- Violate laws — any use that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Spam — generating content for unsolicited commercial communications
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations including blocking access to the Service.
The SnapHQ website, design, code, branding, and all content (excluding user-generated outputs) is the property of SnapHQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the SnapHQ platform without our express written permission. The SnapHQ name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without prior consent.
Everything you create using SnapHQ belongs to you. We claim no rights over invoices, QR codes, or any other output generated using our tools.
Because all generation happens in your browser, SnapHQ never has access to the content you create. You retain full ownership and all rights to your output.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.
SnapHQ is a free, ad-supported platform. By using SnapHQ you agree that we may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. The presence of an ad does not constitute an endorsement by SnapHQ. For details on how ad cookies work, see our Privacy Policy.
Advertising is what keeps SnapHQ free for everyone. We appreciate your understanding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
SnapHQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that outputs will meet your specific needs; or that any errors will be corrected. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapHQ disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Since SnapHQ is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars ($0). Some jurisdictions do not allow liability exclusions, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapHQ, its owners, operators, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you generate using SnapHQ tools
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and changing the “Last updated” date. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Florida.
